Terms of Service

Please read these terms before creating a NomadKit Starter account.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NomadKit Starter at http://localhost:3000, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

NomadKit Starter is an AI-assisted goal-tracking application operated by Notable Nomads. We provide tools to organise goals into actionable plans and track progress. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use NomadKit Starter.
  • One person per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use NomadKit Starter for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems without authorisation
  • Upload malware, spam, or abusive content
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use
  • Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission

5. Your content

You retain ownership of goals and plans you create. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service (including AI plan generation described in our Privacy Policy).

6. AI-generated content

Plans and suggestions may be generated or adapted using AI. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing plans before acting on them. NomadKit Starter does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Offline mode on the web app depends on your browser and prior online use; the native mobile app requires network access for most features. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile in the web app at http://localhost:3000 (or by emailing [email protected]). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

NomadKit Starter is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notable Nomads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €100 if the service is free).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
